Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium is 14 to 18 business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 4 weeks in total from the moment you place your order.

Our products are shipped directly from our production partners, which keeps our prices low but means delivery takes longer than a local warehouse. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and busy periods can add time.

Shipping costs

Orders over €50 ship free.

Track your order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 48 hours before tracking information becomes active.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Customs and import duties

All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged anything on delivery.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once you have covered the new shipping cost.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email us at District.Fashion@hotmail.com with your order number and we will trace it for you.
