Terms of sale

By placing an order through this website you enter into an agreement with AML Trading and Services. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

An order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or if a price has been listed incorrectly.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it without giving a reason. Full details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Product images and descriptions

We do our best to display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings. Measurements are given as a guide and small variations are possible.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and the District Fashion name and logo, belongs to AML Trading and Services and may not be used without written permission.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in this notice limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, email us at ayrtonlobry@hotmail.com. We aim to respond within 2 working days and to resolve your complaint within 14 days.

If we cannot reach a solution together, you can submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements between you and AML Trading and Services.
