Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

How to start a return

Email ayrtonlobry@hotmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. You will receive return instructions within 2 working days, including the address to send your parcel to.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns that arrive without being registered first cannot be processed.

Conditions

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. You are welcome to try an item on as you would in a shop. If an item has been worn or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. In that case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you originally used. You will receive the full purchase price, including the standard delivery cost of your original order.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear, once the seal has been broken.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us at ayrtonlobry@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the item. We will send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please register a return and place a new order.
